mobile@unifi app problem - Oops! This is awakward. Please try again.

Hi,

 

I am using unifi bebas prepaid sim and have issue when access the app mobile@unifi. (android phone)

 

I am not able to either reload and buy add on. Please advise if there any alternative solution at the meatime ?

Sorry about that. Have you clear cache, and try to login again?

Altenatively, you can try using other phone if you can.

Same problem happened to my friends as well, somehow I managed to top up last night after many attempts.

 

The issue is being occur randomly, I am believe the issue with the app itself.

Hi , do you want the prepaid reload rm50, i will sell to you rm45. I thought can use for postpaid but actually only for prepaid. 😞

Hai, how  did you managed to solve the problem, i too, can't enter the app, it keeps saying invalid password no matter how many times i change the password

I got the same error message: Oops! This is awkward. Please try again.

 

I uninstalled the mobile@unifi app and then installed the app again. The problem disappeared. The app worked normally again and I could reload.

 

I hope this helps.

It did not work for me. I have try the same to uninstall the app and reinstall. Same problem.

Same here.
It did not work, worse is when
1) I tried login "I already have a SIM !", it shows "Oops ! System is currently being upgraded, please come back later."
2) I tried to login into my account, it show "Customer profile not found - querySubcribers"
3) I tried "Activate My Sim", it show "No Tracking Order"

This is very, very disappointing and imagine all my credit in my account !!! Could it be all lost...
