no updates

hi i called webe more than twice... u guys say my case in process but 3 working days will took verify but till now no updates... as  i used P1 in 2014 return back things all the model and closed the acct ... pls get back to me. You guys even told me tat u will send email by saying tat my case under process (2nd call ) on wed but till now i havent receive yet? i 'm very upset with the service given.... is this the way u guys treat ur customers?!
