Once webe has received your payment, the line make takes sometime to re-connect. Please restart your phone or the line will automatically activated. It may be depends on how you made the payment. If using cheque, you need to wait for the cheque to clear. Other than that, you can always refer to webe Livechat. They are available 24 hours everyday.
