service reactivation for unifi mobile

Dear TM.. More than 1 week i paid my bill.. But its seem so hard for TM to activate or response to my issues.. Online form case still open since 23 apr.. No response.. Live chat always disconnect everytime tm personal appear..  Telecommunication is under essential services but TM doesnt take seriously issues facing by customer.. I received TM system update on received paymnt but until now the service still barred..
