slow connection even full LTE/4G reception ?

does Unifi capped internet speed now ? im using Unifi Prepaid since 2017 and it was at 30 Mbps and up before.. now i get 1-2 Mbps only even in full reception of LTE/4G .. please dont do this otherwise u keep losing ur customer..
