still havent received message about my line has been activated

hi. i already made payment last night at about 12 midnight but yet to received any message informing my line has been activated back. do i still have to wait?

I am already received my sub line SIM card, pending for new activation..... kindly assist me , my second number is <removed for privacy>, thank you
