unable to verify email

Hi, im existing user for mobilecare@unifi so i try to log in into new apps myunifi to clear my bill. I have provide the email i used for mobilecare@unifi  but unable to verify email, since i only receive email after 1-2hours request . When i got email i will immediately click the link but the link it's already expired. I have try various time the result still the same.

Can you try to login unifi portal first?
