I've recieved the sim card since 10/1/2022, but I don't receive verification code for 1st time login from mobile@unifi. What should I do for now?
Normal SMS can received? try update mobile@unifi apps first at Playstore/ Appstore. If same thing can contact livechat or Facebook/Twitter at https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us for assistance
@zenw180 Hi, same thing happened before. I tried to restart phone then issue resolved just like that. You can try it first, if still persist may contact the CS (https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us) they might have other solution.
