I am a CIMB CLICKS' user. How do u expect us the CIMB's users to do payment after this??

Rather than focusing on payment channel, should focus on the performance of your internet line - ping / download speed. In future,everything need a bigger download apps, bigger storage and faster internet line. If the plan is to make it easier for payment, Ive not encountered any problem since im using apps to pay and through CIMB, but now CIMB is being cancelled out, I might need to rethink back if its actually making my payment smoother or harder.
Payment via cimb discontinue refer to payment transfer thru atm/cdm which previously customer need to enter code 98953 followed by 9digit unifi mobile acc number (ie 98953123456789). This pymnt has been discontinue. If u re using jompay thru cimb clicks there is no issue. Biller code 3608 (use old acc no) until dec 2021 only.
Biller code 8888 (use new acc no)
Cimb clicks users not impacted cause using jompay. Cimb pymnt channel referring to payment directly via atm/cdm machine cimb bank. Previously to pay via atm/cash deposit need to enter code 98953 followed by 9digit acc no. Not everyone familiar with this (applicable since p1 wimax actually) which may cause confusion and think that online payment via jompay (cimbclick) will be discontinue.
For jompay users, can still use any partipicating banks including cimb.
