unifi air sim card activation

 i received my unifi air modem with sim card, but the sim card not activate. how to make it active. i went to the link inidcated 192.168.0.1 its say no connection. wht i need to do? 

i did complain in life chat since no phone number seems like i need wait 1 -3 working days. its urgent for schol pupose. pls revert

Im actually experiencing the same thing

Unifi Air not activated and no sms received for the past 2 days.

Went to TM in Shah Alam. Not even helping. Just ask to wait for SMS.

If more than 24 hours,  still not active, you may refer to unifi mobile team to check the progress of your order. They will assist you further regarding this.
