webe 4g limited the speed when using youtube app

when I watch video with YouTube app , the 4g speed only 200+kB/s only.so I can't watch HD video on YouTube.

Do you same with me?

That's odd. Where were you when you watch HD video on youtube app? It was alright for me during weekend. Once a while, just need to turn off-on the airplane mode or restart phone just to refresh your mobile phone system.

I think im facing the same problem. Sometimes the connection is very poor
