webe broadband no internet

hi. im having problem with webe internet. before this internet were okay. i bought it last 5days. everything were ok before this. suddenly yesterday no internet until now. im using celcom broadband modem. there is a connection when i open celcom broadband manager but when i open chrome theres no internet / website fail to open. i have restart many time still not working. pls reply as soon as possible.

1. the service depends on the location you are at. Are you in an area where there is coverage? 

2. the broadband service is provided by webe, no celcom. why are you in celcom manager?  

3. celcom broadband modem may not work on webe LTE ya. webe is on Band 5 (850) and you should purchase the device. 

if you are within coverage and using the right device... and still have issue.. then please contact customer service. have a chat with them.

webe broadband cannot use with 3g (celcom network)... only can use in webe LTE area
