Hi @Ayie1610 , where you request your relocation at TM Point or contact center? if already request but 3 weeks no response maybe there are issue with port normally such as port full or your address not found. I suggest you refer unifi support here https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us. They can check your relocation status.

Have you received any update or call from unifi team regarding your relocation request? Usually, for relocation request, you will get a report number or reference number. Maybe you can give the number here, will let the team check for you. You also can contact customer support at https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us. They will help you to fix or provide the best solution for your issue. I recommend you to contact them via Live Chat or Socmed, it's much easier.
