Lousy service

Waited for almost 1hour & 10 minutes I’ve the phone just listening to the IVR. No one available for the assistance.  Really disappointed with your service . I’ve been paying monthly fees for higher speed but I’m not getting the service for which I’ve been paying for . Very poor coverage .

Called “100” for assistance but no one available for assistance . Almost more than a hour just listening to your IVR!

can you livechat? maybe all the agents are overwhelmed.

always good to contact them via livechat.

Best tips to contact them without having you to wait very long is to chat with them during off peak hour.
