Can you please do something about it Unifi told me that it will rectify about 2 weeks and now it almost 2 month i wait and no progress at all i even go to TM point and they said "we can't do about it" what that's supposed to mean are you just gonna ignore your customer at all?

Process to add port is not like unifi installation process.
Several approval are needed, and they will follow existing planned project first.
