Slow internet connection

Hi there, for the past 3 days i hae been experiencing slow internet connection with 100+ping. Before that i usually have 10+ ping.  Can anyone advise on what to do next

Quick fix would be restarting your modem. If that works, congratulations. If not then you should livechat.

keep asking people to check with livechat. livechat is of little help. livechat ask us to reset modem, problem still persists.

mine totally lost connection. restart the modem. asked technician about it and he said to reset the modem. did that. still lost connection after one week.

replaced with new modem and it's been fine now.
