I would like to terminate my unifi but live chat is unable to reach me when they show me there was an error page! how could i do in this MCO 3.0 situation? Does there open for walk-in or appointment?

I emailed to TM regarding my termination request by have not been responded until now, almost 10 days already. I also have been using the live chat service to terminate but have not properly responded and the CS person that attended me.
Please advice on how to terminate my service. Thanks
