Termination Service

Dear all,

I would like to terminate my unifi but live chat is unable to reach me when they show me there was an error page! how could i do in this MCO 3.0 situation? Does there open for walk-in or appointment?

Just to confirm, you are requesting to terminate your unifi home wifi is it?

To whom it may concern, 
 
Due to Covid 19 pandemic, I could not sustain my business and giving up my business. 
Thus, giving up my tenancy because unable to pay rental.
 
Please be noted that I'm vacating the rented unit this week.
Therefore, I would like to terminate my account.  
Even the above account bound by one year agreement, i regret that unable to pay your bill. 
 
Please advise me the procedure.

Hi,

 

I emailed to TM regarding my termination request by have not been responded until now, almost 10 days already. I also have been using the live chat service to terminate but have not properly responded and the CS person that attended me. 

 

Please advice on how to terminate my service. Thanks

Since now we are not able to travel during MCO and I'm not able to reach TM point to terminate my service.
