Hi, if the owner woild like to change his account to new owner, & he's now shifted to other place stay (Pahang). Can he write a authorisation letter to inform TM for change the ownership?

Your unifi service will start being charge if the installer had installed the service and the order has been completed. May I know whether the installation had been done?

Try to change wifi channel or bandwidth. Go to https://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ > Tips and Tricks > Wifi Troubleshooting > Select router model.

As I know if the order already cancelled, installer will be notified cancellation status and will not come to the premise.

Adakah anda tidak boleh log masuk ke dalam setting modem/router? Atau anda tidak dapat menggunakan internet selepas menukar password WiFi? Sekiranya anda tidak dapat mengakses internet selepas setting modem/router, saya khuatir jika anda ada tertukar password PPPoE.

Macam mana nk resolve issue kalau dah tukar password wifi guna easy setup/tmuser & bukan wlan/tmadmin? Kalau blh tknk panggil technician sbb tk blh cuti utk tunggu technician dtg

I have the same problem .Tm net send contractor to replace my old router and end up all my android can not detect wifi and i try set in manually but it indicate " not in range"....

Jika akaun unifi Home,akan ambil masa 30 Hari dan bagi unifi Mobile mengambil masa sekitar 24 Jam untuk ditamatkan talian

@suezza83 Ok untuk tamatkan akaun atau terminate, untuk unifi Home perlu beri 30 hari notis penamatan, manakala untuk unifi Mobile akaun akan ditamatkan dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas permohonan dibuat. Pihak unifi akan bantu untuk proses tamatkan akaun anda.

I also the same problem here. Already for few months using unify apps to pay the Wi-Fi bill.
but every month make payment also didn't see any point credit to the reward there. Is that our problem? Or what?

Hi, @affeeffa79. Try restart your modem/router first then try connect the wireless again. If still the same, check with other devices (if same issue occur). Hai, @ Ikamusa95. Kalau lepas restart pun tak okay, cuba cabut dan pasang semula kabel. Cuba guna EasyFix (https://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ ) bagi bantuan layan diri berkenaan masalah teknikal.
Have you already restart your router and modem for 15 second and on it back?
Could not connect to unifi. Got message couldn't config IP on android phone.
