Hi, if the owner woild like to change his account to new owner, & he's now shifted to other place stay (Pahang). Can he write a authorisation letter to inform TM for change the ownership?
Hi @PLK Change of ownership request can be made at any TMpoint outlets. Both existing and new owners must be present with their respective NRICs. You may refer here for TMpoint list, https://home.unifi.com.my/support/tmpoint
All of you need to represent at HQ TMPoint and show both of your NRIC to the staff
