Hi, may i know the process regarding unifi termination of line?

What type of  documentation for cancellation?

Hi @MHSB1234 If you 're referring to unifi Home, you must provide 30 days notice prior to termination. Termination order will be created within Day 28 -30 from the termination request date. Penalty fee will be imposed if terminate less than contract period. During the 30 days notice, you need to pay your outstanding bill within 14 days from the notice date, before the respective team will proceed with termination order.

You may request to lodged termination notice via live chat or CS > https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us and they will assist you accordingly.

Hi, @MHSB1234. For the termination, you may contact CS and they will inform you of the related document needed. If you plan to terminate your unifi services, please make sure to confirm with the CS whether your termination request has been submitted or not, and get to know your notice 30 days period until when so you won't miss the return date of your modem (if any).
