kalau tahu nombor akaun , dan jum bil yang nak bayar , tak perlu masuk apps pun boleh bayar . kalau apps tak boleh masuk , boleh cuba PC website masuk . atau guna cara lain untuk bayar , E-wallet , online Banking

biasa TM ada hantar SMS untuk bayaran , sana ada akaun nombor . atau TM hantar email untuk Bill PDF , sana pun boleh cari akaun nombor . kalau betul2 tak ada , boleh cuba cari LiveChat bantu

i know a way , need using PC website login selfcare . https://unifi.com.my/personal after login , under My Account , there is a bill amount to pay , then got a click PAY , next to the PAY have a arrow down , click on it . then there will be another pop down , click at : view services > inside there , you can find detail , there is a services start Date , so just +24month you may know about contract end time

some voucher is first come first use , mean it throw out 1000 voucher , only 1st 500 firse come/use can complete . i not sure about this Grab voucher , normal i prefer direct use to unifi Bill .

if your wifi password is save at your PC , but you forgot about it , here got some way to view it run "command prompt" , at command prompt there type : netsh wlan show profile c:\user\user>netsh wlan show profile this command is to show your save SSID in that PC c:\user\user>netsh wlan show profile name="ssid@unifi" key=clear this is to view that single SSID "ssid@unifi" password i run this at my Win7 OS , other i think can run also

can try login website selfcare , under dashboard near left side your account number there , got a PAY now , beside pay now have a down arrow , click it then find and click View Services from there can view your detail , then can find a link : change my plan to click , can try it. or you can go TM point to process it .

password yang mana satu ? kalau password untuk : user@unifi , untuk connection unifi tu , kena tanya livechat untuk verify user dan bagi. kalau password untuk login router , kalau tak pernah tukar , boleh cuba tengok belakang router ada tak ? kalau tak ada kena reset , kalau reset password untuk user@unifi akan reset juga. kalau password untuk wifi connection , boleh login router untuk tukar .

voice using 2G , 3G , Volte4G . some area already start shutdown 3G (Malaysia will end 3G end of the 2021). so if 3G down , your phone not support Volte4G , then will getting 2G voice , this maybe cause line slow or what .

biasa bill bulan pertama akan datang pada bulan kedua , macam ni : kalau kamu guna pada 15/10/2021 , bill akan datang pada 1/11/2021 , dalam bill ini akan caj Oct21 dan Nov21 . Oct21 akan kira guna hari 16 saja , mungkin akan caj RM45+/- , Nov21 akan caj RM89 (penuh) . kalau ada free 30day , dia akan tolak Nov21 , dan bill pertama akan bayar RM45+/- .

yang password mana satu ? 1. password masuk router . 2.password sambung Wifi . 3.lain ? 1. kalau password 1 , susah sikit , kena reset router , kalau router reset , satu password lagi nak (unifi connect password) , yang unifi password kena cari unifi livechat untuk ambil . 2. kalau wifi masuk password , boleh login router untuk tukar . 3. tak dapat fikir ada apa password lagi ..
