@HarizLae @Hpanda   webe LTE (4g) - this is not capped and it is unlimited. Those who alleged it is limited are probably trying to sabotage, is it?  webe 3G - 3G is old technolgy and webe is not supporting any 3G. However, to ensure everyone gets coverage, they are currently supported by Celcom 3G. So, if you are on 3G, then you know the provider is Celcom lah.   I would always make sure i am on webe LTE. including the change of phone if need to. @Hpanda ohh I don't know... I am hardly on 3G and only experiencing 4G.  Why are you on 3G? Is it because of the phone or area?    I do agree it's hard to let go of webe. But I guess there's no one  telco which  is perfect, right? As long as the plan works for me, it's the best.        ... View more

@Eddie0513 heyoooo   I am not IT/engineer haha. so, my response is what i know la, ok?  my personal thoughts and what i read (geek wannabe, haha)   WiMAX was regarded as the future of wireless. LTE was an unknown term back then. between 2006-2008, WiMAX was most trending buzzword in the wireless industry. And for whatever happened worldwide in the wireless industry, economies of scale started to appear for LTE and disappear for WiMAX.  Suppliers stopped supplying, suppliers stopped maintaining. So, I won't agree that "Like they suddenly stop any service or just purposely sending some interruption towards the communication towers just to promote their new products. Forcing their old customer to upgrade or something". You know la, market -  demand and supply.    Technology is always evolving.  it was  2G, then 3G, then wimax and now LTE. Have you heard of 5G, that would be the next haha.    now, P1 changed its name from Packet One Networks (M) Sdn Bhd to webe digital sdn bhd. so the name was never P1 Wimax la.    why don't u call customer service that handles the wimax product? Hi @Rebecca I'm a little confused with your question.   When you first subscribed, you were required to pay upfront of RM106. Are you saying despite that, the service is still inactive and you have been asked to pay the first  bill? (That's like 1 month later after subscription).   If you're porting from other telco, please check with them.    Otherwise, do use live chat to chat with the customer service. Hello I assume you port your number from another telco to webe? if yes, then you need to make sure you have paid off your old telco.    If you have paid and settled everything, they need do the backend work to allow the porting.  sometimes they take time to do it. Hello Sue    1. Untuk Batal : sila guna Live chat dan click "service cancellation request". customer service akan menolong.   2. SIM tidak aktif. Adakah anda beli sim baru atau port in? Jika anda port in ke webe dari telco lain, anda mesti pastikan anda telah membayar telco tersebut. Dan semak dengan mereka jika mereka telah buat yang sepatutnya untuk port ke webe.   3. @PLUkojak72   It is true. Different user will have different experience. For me and where i am, i will tell you my experience.   I was in a very tiny small town and was extremely surprised by the speed of downloading and streaming. Not a single moment of lagging.   I do move around and i started streaming Spotify on my way to work or listening to Al Jazeera live on video mode ... Awesome although in certain areas as i drive, there's a minor hiccups but nothing serious.   I live in a hilly area, where webe broadband map said "no coverage" i tried my luck, so i subscribe to that too. It works but at times it lags and oddly enough my webe mobile works better in terms of speed (both on LTE).    Overall, I'm feeling the liberty at last to stream without the cap. It's liberating I tell you. Play and stream in the car. Turn it on and it feels good. I ain't turning back. Considering it's a new telco,  I will give webe it's time to roll out more sites making sure we have good coverage.   No telco can compare to what they offer. So yes, do try out and just a soft reminder, webe is new and they are not perfect but making all effort to ensure its the best in town.    It comes with no contract, so try away try.
