Hi All, Wondering whether anyone else facing this issue. Been a Unifi30 user since Jan 2018. No fiber at installation area, hence using copper line. Speed between 25-30Mbps download / 5-8Mbps upload were achieveable most of the time. Of late (almost 1 month) noticed download speed down to 10Mbps, both via TM speedtest & from the modem / router interface. This started after several service breakdown at area. In the 3rd reporting to TM, I was told by the chat agent that it was noted in their 2nd case report that line can only support up to 10Mbps speed. I'm baffled, how was I able to use 30Mbps before? What happened? I was told to visit TM Point for further action. I'm wondering what they are going to offer me? 1) Reduce price (currently RM 148 / month) for 10Mbps service with no contract extension 2) Reduce price (currently RM 148 / month) for 10Mbps service with another 2 years contract extension 3) Allow me to terminate the contract with no penalty What do you all think?
