UNIFI will not accept that there is a problem. What they will answer is as below:: (MESSAGE DIRECTLY FROM TM Group Customer Experience and Marketing (GCXM) Telekom Malaysia Berhad ) Oleh itu, pastikan peranti “device” Tuan berhubung kuat dengan isyarat LTE. Sila reset atau OFF dan ON semula telefon Tuan. Tuan juga boleh cuba menghidupkan dan mematikan mod kapal terbang untuk talian Tuan. Selain itu Tuan juga perlu untuk “clear all the background application”. Mohon sekiranya Tuan menguji SIM pada telefon 4G (yang ada Band 5) lain, Tuan boleh menguji kelajuan data juga untuk talian Tuan. Sekiranya isu masih berterusan sila kemukakan maklumat seperti di bawah. 1.Tiga (3) tangkapan skrin bar isyarat 3x - semasa menghadapi masalah panggilan masuk/keluar 2. Alamat lokasi bermasalah yang tepat.

CW17.. on your phone, is it showing 4G or not? Secondly, switch to Airplane mode then switch back on. If it works, then wait for a while to see if the 4G goes off. Try playing Youtube video or something that take data.. See if it goes back into non- 4G. If so, what need to be done is : 1. Check on unifi page for the coverage and if your location has coverage. 2. If so, then best you open a file with MCMC, take 3 days of snap shot with location and 3 different timing showing the phone not having 4G at the location. Send into MCMC for them to resolve the matter.

The issue was on their system side.. They have resetted their system to clear this matter. so It is Unifi error.

NurBisa, Best Effort Basis still will have at least 4G on the area where TM boldly says there is full 4G coverage.. Your phone wont go E or nothing at all. In Whicvh you can see at the attached photos The area is Kota Kemuning, The sky is clear, no obstruction, TM say full 4G coverage.. But notherng there

@NurBisa What doesn't make sense is that MAXIS, UMobile also shut down their 3G network. But how they can still provide network along the LPT highway? Lame excuse to say Best Effort Service when there is no Effort taken.. There is so many towers around there. What is so hard to run a Fiber cable to the tower, install a booster and repeater for 4G signal.. It is not rocket since as Umobile did this and solve the problem in 1 month. Jendela project, a RM21billion project launched and still no resolution for the oldest Telco provider in Malaysia is really a humilation to be supporting Unifi Mobile. seriously.

You can open a case report with MCMC on this matter. I just done that. seems that is the only way to have UNIFI to respond back to us.

Hi.. Thank you for the message, But part of Jendela is that, areas that previously had coverage with 3G, and now totally has no coverage, With report by customer, they can activate 3G at that areas till the issue resolve or till 5G is covering the area. So therefore, is it fair that we pay if the area has no coverage?

Income tax dont require you to provide the whole year bill. The last 6 months will do fine as it will average your usage. Also, the plans will show the amount for monthly. Unless u gone oversea and have international call, check your email. all bills will be there

Hi.. 100 dont entertain any calls pertaining to UNIFI MOBILE. Live Chat, they go missing as dont know how to answer.. So that why asking community. How is it possible for Unifi number to appear as private number when the Telco provider dont have the option.

I have been a one of the earliest Webe user turned Unifi, and was relatively happy with their mobile data service. Until recently, the coverage area has been limited and narrowed down. Areas where the map shows has Coverage shows nothing on the Phone. UNIFI blamed phone, So I changed phone. Still same, Then blamed SIM, I changed SIM, still same. In Town areas such as Kota Kemuning or Puchong, there is no line. Cannot even make calls. the worst part if you want to travel to the East, you can litterally just off the phone as there is no line at all on the LPT going to Genting, Janda Baik. Even to Ulu yam or serendah, you can die trying to get a call. out. All because TM had to shutdown the 3G network. When will these problem be resolve.

Hotspot only for 4G. Kalau nak 3G, kena bayar lebih. Jadi kena cari tempat yang ada 4G. Kalau berada diluar kawasan bandar di KL atau Selangor, tak akan dapat 4G yang kuat.

Try calling the Support line. they will assist . usually if you receive your sim card recently, will take around 3 days. Wait for the call and SMS.

Sadly this is not like other Telco. Only when your phone shows 4G then it will connect. if not then u wont get. You got to pay more for the 3G hotspots. If you are heavy user of hotspot then best switch to another Telco for 3G hotspot.
