I'm a webe postpaid user since 2017 I have 3 line under this account . last time I was charge 1st line rm 79 2nd line rm 69 and 3rd line rm 59. since 2020 my 1st line and 2nd line began charging for Rm 59 and rm 59 3rd line also rm 59. ever since unifi upgrade their app and system on October they messed up my bill by charging me all 3 line for 79 . They told me it's technical mistake and my bill will be normal for November . Now November bill is out my bill still not correct . They now charge my 1st line and 2 line correct for rm 59 but now my 3rd line it's still rm 79. Anybody still have this billing error problem ? Their live chat is problematic. I have queued for 3 hour before and when I'm connected to a agent the app crash on me and I have to queue and wait for 200 people .
