Selepas submit butiran, kena tunggu pihak TM call untuk pastikan sama ada kawasan anda boleh support speed yang dimohon atau tidak. Saya pernah mohon untuk upgrade ke Unifi Lite 100mbps, tapi tak dapat sebab kawasan saya belum dapat support untuk speed 100mbps. Cuma maksimum 10mbps sahaja di kawasan saya.
