Hi, kenapa bila saya nak gunakan 10 gb free hotspot saya tak boleh? Hotspot tu dah renew. Masalah ni start bila bulan lps saya beli add on hotspot passes dan this month bila saya dpt that 10 gb tu tak boleh guna. Then, bila on wifi ada message cakap saya tak add on any hotspot passes. Kenapa tak boleh guna 10 gb hotspot when i used to purchase the add on hotspot passes before?
