Hi, first of all, it is really frustrating to use your live chat customer service. never being entertain while using that apps. furthermore you dont have customer call service but at the same time your company were the one who provide hotline for other organisation. it really bad experience and the worst experienced ever. your company were the first company to be communication organisation in malaysia, but the service that being provided not equivalent as the year of your company being established. other telco can provide temporary unbar for user to make payment as to settle their payment, why dont you provide that also. please revoke your customer service policy as to ease us to have a better help from you.
