yes what @anr077 said is correct. . @MrKhK you mentioned "bills" so i assume its postpaid. you need to download the mobilecare@unifi app for mobile postpaid. if you have the correct one downloaded, are you logging in as the same id as your selfcare account?

@LexL i think you need seperate apps for mobile(mobilecare@unifi) and fiber broadband (care@unifi). If you are reffering to mobile postpaid, you can manage multiple lines in a single login. for the mobile #bebas, you can use the same app (mobile@unifi) but loging in individually by the mobile number. @miramarlianayon it depends on the method of your registration. If you choose self pick up at the outlet, then you can collect immidiately upon registration. Delivery might take within 3 days for penisular malaysia.

@ZaidAdnan pakai iOS ke Android. Kalau iOS kene set APN hotspot dahulu. Betul kata @joy anda boleh guna 10GB hotspot di coverage LTE sahaja.

@Salwa is the same process of purchasing a new line. Log in to your selfcare and purchase. Yes they have RM10 discount for second line. Hope this helps.

Actually, you can set your factime and i-messages using your apple id. You should be able to use the service. The only downfall here is, when you sms using i-message, it will display as your apple id instead of your mobile number.

@Shapiza i guess the 3G coverage comes along with 2G and Edge. Edge is a faster version of 2G. Usually called as 2.5G.

@fyzo boleh beli di Selfcare. "Subscription", u nder "Data Value Added Services" ada 3 jenis pass. Boleh purchase di situ. :)

helloo.. yeahh you should be able to do that. I think webe allows you to have up to 5 lines in a single account. if you would like to try and later port in, once you have ported in you can cancel the other line.
