My 100Mbps package includes a fiber modem and a wireless router. Irregularly I also saw the internet LED on the wireless router RED. My own way is to power-cycle both the fiber modem and wireless router. It is a real hassle.

I also face this issue starting recently 2-3 after initial installation. The connection would be disrupted a couple of times sporadicly in a day. My own solution is to reset power to both fiber modem and wireless router. It is a hassle.

I also have this issue starting recently. Red internet LED on the wireless router. But after resetting power on both fiber modem and wireless router restores the connection. It really beats me why so much manual intervention is needed to keep the connection going.

My 100Mbps unifi fiber also drops connection a few times starting recently! I need to power-cycle both fiber modem and wireless router in order to get the connection established again. Very frustrating manual intervention that is all too often required.

I have the same problem here. But mine is 100Mbps. I need to power-cycle both the Fiber modem and the wireless router in order to get the connection back. It is very inconvenient and frustrating user experience.

I am a new subscriber to Unifi Fiber and am supposed to entitle to a free month trial of premium or whatever. I also keep on getting "Failed to play content. Please try again. If you have not logged in, please long in and try again (514590)" kind of nonsense
