normally the inactive over 90days been terminate number , cannot get back already , it will go back to holder of the telco , if you register in unifi new number , then it return to unifi . if you port from other telco , it return to that telco. this number will going back to re-use after a period (not sure how long , maybe a month or more) what you can try is : register process until choose number , see that number appear or not ? if not try again few day/week later , then you can try calling that number see it not service or someone already take it.
