I'm also facing similar issue, with bad mobile data connection. I have been a Webe user turned Unifi, and was relatively happy with their mobile data service. Until recently, since May 2020, the mobile data line got bad to worse. In locations where used to be 4G/LTE, now is just with H/H+/3G. I am not sure what is wrong with Unifi, I made several complains and they blamed it on my phone setting. Whereas, I did not change anything ever (i know my mobile phone well enough) since I subscribed to Webe/Unifi mobile service back in 2018. This has been very dissappointing & I am planning to port out to other providers soon. This cannot go on. Hope they will improve, but I would have been gone.
