I have subsribed to unifiair last month from Sibu Sarawak. The internet commection was smooth and satisfying. But after one month later, there are internet connection problems especially during working hours. I was wondering is anyone else faced or facing this problem? The internet status is connecting most of the time since 7 February 2021 until now. And I have missed a lot of the online meetings, which is bad. I have made complain to unifiair live chat but did not get any feedbacks. I have checked my modem firmware version adn it is up to date. Any advice on how to resolve this problem?
