I just got Unifi Air today just the sim (no contract with free router) as I got my own router. When I insert the sim into my router, it won't connect the sim which mean I can't connect to the internet. However, when I tried inserting the sim into my phone, it can connect to the internet with 3/4 bars. So the problem is I don't think it's the coverage problem because my phone can get 3/4 bars but my router can't even connect to the internet (no bar shown). Anyone can help me?
