Heyy good day, recently i just bought unifi air plus device on the 10/07/2021 and received it on th 13/07/2021 thru online . Its just been only a day but the Internet swrvice provided is really bad, since morning i have been only receiving 0.2 mbps the max would be abt 2mbps. I wish to end my contract. Am i eligible for 30 days return policy? And will there be any penalty fees, as i think its unfair for me to pay just because the Internet provided is really bad.
