I am having problem to access tv channels. I turned on the tv, the screen shows Unifi logo then it just went black. If i change the channel using remove up and down button, it displays on tv screen but then the screen went black again. I suspect the outdoor cable is disturbed. Can a technician be sent ti check on this?
