Hi there, I am having an issue regarding case U-4649784 Yesterday I have unblocked the 2-way block by contacting UNIFI . NOW, it send sms saying my NRIC hasn't been validated but upon checking in mobile@unifi, it says OCR has been completed. can you help me out?
