As we all know, unifi currently ugrading your system and changing our account number? I log in into myunifi app and website. Still cannot view my account. As i chat, no account found associate with my ic. Please fix it as soon as you can. I need to make payment ASAP and let my father know the new account number to make payment for my brother. I dont want to be suspended like my #bebas prepaid. It so hard to contact your live agent. 3 days in the row i had tried to reach live agent. Tq.
