Agreed.. I got myself in the same situation.. After a few days waiting patiently in long queue,finally got my turn this morning.. But nobody reply at the other end even after transfer.. Your customer service is SUCK.. This is my day 5 without using internet since the first day i received my Unifi air.. I'm so disappointed..
