before this, i mean on ur mobile sign with phone number or unifi@play tv id. unifi@play tv can't sign in on unifi plus box. you need upgrade subscription or upgarade unifi. unifi tv id, the end has @iptv or tvos. can't use phone number for sign in on ur unifi plus box.
