The Chronology : 20.12.2021 : Dec Bill to be issued is on 19.12.2021 - but no bill is yet available in my portal event on 20th Dec. 20.12.2021 : Able to CLICK Redeem POINTS to pay Bill. Unfortunately, my current bill is still RM 0.10, so I cannot proceed to redeem it. 23.12.2021 : Received Dec 2022 Unifi Bill via email late in the evening and immediately check my Unifi Portal via phone to confirm. 24.12.2021 : Login to Redeem Point - server down (again!!!!) the message read "unifi Rewards is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and will be back shortly" 24.12.2021 : Contact 2.30 pm CHAT LIVE - Bukhari Tuah open a report about my REDEEM POrtal being DOWN (Report number : 1-48074811392) I also send a photo f my portal message in PDF file. Bukhari typed that this report will take 3 working days to sort out. Bukhari also informed that there will be NO notification of report has been attended, there will be no calls to follow up from TM side or check about the status neither nor email notification. hahahhaa..lazy much ya alls. Yes, I have to follow up by myself. Its ok, the NIGHTMARE will end soon. 24.12.2021 : Call Billing Dept 2.45pm, spoken with SUHA and he confirmed the report of the FAULTY portal. He suggested that he will add in a note that to assist this matter at soonest and he took note this client has requested TERMINATION OF UNIFI SERVICE notice on 20th Dec 2021. I informed SUHA that I would like to utilize 190 points to redeem in bill payment before the end of Dec 2021. All this kind of service, just to remind me....no matter how GREAT a customer you are, how PAY on time...u still have to follow up continuously with your vendor, no matter how much hundreds of money you have already given for this S**k service. This reminds me of Astro..the history repeating (what happen to Astro? u figure out lah now). 2010 no more Astro for me and the best decision ever!
