I also feel sorry for you. Did happened to me before this. For almost 1 months, I keep on facing issue with my internet connection. Until the 3rd tech came, finally, able to fix and solve the issue. As for the report number, did for all the 4 reports made, you received different reports number?
Try to contact unifi back and check on the report/restoration update by the technical team. May ask them to escalate the issue to the respective team for urgent attention
