Firstly, I suggest u check ur location within 4G coverage area or not. U may check link https://unifi.com.my/check-coverage as per provide @LoveForever
2. Then if ur location indeed within 4G, u may try check ur APN setting is "unifi"

Last but not least, if still signal E, I suggest u refer with mobile support https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us to check your location near the network congestion area or not, or maybe hv some issue they need to check further.
