Hi Kattydean, cubalah buat basic trobleshooting dahulu. Kebiasaanya talian akan kembali pulih semula. 1) Padamkan telefon, keluarkan kad SIM, masukkan kad SIM semula dan hidupkan telefon anda 2) Set semula tetapan APN kepada "unifi" dan pilih tetapan 4G sahaja di dalam telefon anda. 3) Kosongkan "browsing history" dan "cache" di dalam telefon anda 4) Mencuba kad SIM ke dalam telefon yang menyokong 4G/LTE Band 5 yang lain.

Hi @xmenz2. Try to update your IOS first on Ipad to the latest. If the issue still persist try to uninstall and install back the unifi play TV apps.
