Hi, @Jackyunifi.  You can try below steps :   Status page, choose Wi-Fi   Set up Wi-Fi : General setting : set different name and different code for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz or set all to be the same as follows: SSID Choice : select SSID1 for 2.4 GHz 2.4G Wi-Fi : turn on Name : enter Wi-Fi name as desired Encryption : select Wireless encryption Wi-Fi Password : enter Wi-Fi password as desired SSID Choice: select SSID5 for 5 GHz 5G Wi-Fi : turn on Name : enter Wi-Fi name as desired Encryption : select Wireless encryption Wi-Fi Password : enter Wi-Fi password as desired When completed, press Save Dual Band Optimization : set up both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are all the same setting both network name and password, whereas AP will optimize band for the connected device. Hi, @meraxbelle    Have you contact unifi customer service to whitelist your unifi number for Facetime?   However if you still insist to port out from unifi Mobile service and reuse your number with a new service provider, please ensure the following step is followed: i. Settle all outstanding payment   ii. Ensure all your line(s) and account is in ACTIVE status once this is completed, you need to go to the new mobile service provider and provide them your account information with unifi Mobile ; this include your NRIC and the mobile number you currently have with unifi Mobile.
