Saya telah membeli pakej remaja kali ke-2 , tetapi sejak 2/5/22, speed LTE saya dlm pakej ni telah dihadkan kpd 0.1mbps.  No rujukan kes : CAS-220503-463610 Utk makluman pihak tuan/ puan, kelembaban Ini TIDAK berlaku apabila saya guna pakej Bebas daily Atau 2 hours dengan sim kad yang sama, phone yang sama, pelbagai lokasi yang sama. Apn  pun saya dah berkali -kali reset. Aduan Ini pun saya telah kemukakan sejak 2/5/22, dapat nombor rujukan kes pada 3/5/22. Hari ini dah 11/5/22 tetapi saya masih tidak dapat maklumbalas daripada pihak unifi Atau cara penyelesaian daripada pihak unifi. Adakah saya yang perlu beli pakej Bebas monthly / daily / 2 hours di samping pakej remaja saya yang masih aktif dan berkuota? Kalau macam tu, bolehkah pihak unifi memberi pampasan atas baki 13G high speed data yang saya tidak dapat guna atas sebab pihak unifi gagal menyelesaikan masalah saya ? Hi, u're not alone, I too having the same issue. They claimed this package can be purchased by anyone, not limited to students . Hence I purchase it as I have wifi at home already, I don't think I need that much data.  My speed was limited to 0.1mbps since 2/5/22, the funny thing is, when I purchased bebas daily or bebas 2 hour on top of my still valid pakej remaja, my LTE performs well with up to 7mbps .
