The thing is i usually use credit card to pay for my hp bills, and if im not mistaken, Jompay only valid for online banking. So any way to rectify this? or JomPay is the only solution? if so, then its clear that Unifi is going down.

I tried to pay my bills. As usual, i went through my email, look for the invoice, and click on the go online button. It directed me to the new Unifi website. I have to re-register, and it says that i have no account under my IC number. I need to pay my bills urgently as i feared it will be suspended soon, but now i can't. Any other ways to do it? your upgrade seems like a great downgrade.

Same la. masuk website baru, kena register balik. dah register, katanya xde account. paduhal nombor dah bertahun guna. call careline, dh tunggu 25min baru ada org jawab. dah jawab, dia transfer ke tpt lain, phone kena letak turun. so sekarang bill masih xberbayar.
