I can't log in to Unifi playTV. Previously use my mobile no. Now it doesn't work. So I go to the unifi.com site and it looks like someone hijacked my account for a VIU subscription. I can type my particulars but the verification code will be sent to that person's number. Can such things happen? How do I solve this?
Don't ask me to talk to the chatbot. Lousy. Only knows how to deal with FAQs. I've had enough of it!!
