You may visit the unifi website at unifi.com.my and tap on Login/register. After successfully login, you can view all the info that you will be needed for your account, such as account numbers and package/plan's name, contract start and ends, and also an add on options.
Alternatively, you can download myunifi apps to manage your account and also to check your unifi contract status.
